This is not so much of an Old School New Body review and more of just some feedback I have about this workout program. So if you are looking for something new you might want to hang around for a few minutes to see if this style of workout is something you might like.

What is OSNB?

This program is pretty cool because its based on more traditional types of exercises and workout routines that somehow seem to be overlooked by over hyped workouts like high intensity interval training or your daily Beach Body workout. Old School New Body takes a different turn on the over intense workouts everyone is getting into and focuses on medium weight lifts and compound exercises to make sure you hit all the muscle groups without running a high risk of injury.

This leads to faster recovery and consistency that over time translates to safe muscle building and strength gains.

The great thing about this workout program is that it also focuses on time. Time is a commodity for most of us and making good use of it is never and bad thing. The workouts are typically 30 minutes long and there are 3 phases in total.

Each one is designed to work for people of different fitness levels and ages. They can be stand alone workouts or put together back-to-back to make a long term workout plan that helps you progress to a higher level of fitness.

What is needed for Old School New Body?

Not much at all. The only equipment needed is a bit of space and adjustable dumbells. Carve out a little bit of space and you are ready to go. It’s also pretty cheap compared to other programs on the market and runs about $20. This is way less in comparison to most workout programs that can cost $200 or more these days.
